The Alzheimer Society BHNHH- Our Lived Experience: Care Partner's Journey event was a special occasion in Milton. The event brought together community members, professionals, people living with dementia and care partners to discuss what caring for people living with dementia entails from the care partner's perspective. We were delighted to participate at the event and to learn from so many dedicated caregivers.
